Arnold’s is a cosy wine bar in Kensington, Victoria.

We have three separate areas — the dining room, courtyard, and a couple of tables on the footpath.

We’re in a heritage listed building, which brings with it a wonderful history, whilst also a few building limitations, particularly regarding accessibility.

Below are some FAQ’s to help you get a feel for the space. You’re welcome to contact us at hello@arnoldskensington.com if you have any further questions.

  • Our restaurant has a mixture of low tables with chairs, and bar seating on stools. If you have a preference, be sure to leave a comment in your booking.

  • Pooches are welcome on our footpath tables, but not inside or in the courtyard.

  • Our footpath tables are, and there is a wheelchair accessible public bathroom across the street. We will always prioritise wheelchair users to have access to these tables.

Unfortunately the rest of the building is not easily wheelchair accessible.

The bathrooms and courtyard are accessed via three stairs and through narrow doorways.

Our goal is to one day renovate Arnold’s to make it accessible.

  • Absolutely, we love people dropping by. We do tend to fill up quickly though, so if you want a guaranteed spot we always recommend booking.
